Parents are responsible for night arrangements. Tents, RV, campers or trailers are allowed. Unfortunately, Caber Farms does not have RV hookups so generators will be allowed if staying on grounds. Parents, please be aware that other parents will be on grounds at night in case of emergency, however, they will be sleeping in their own campers. If your child is not self-sufficient please plan to attend camp with them.
Grounds cleaning at end of camp
This is a volunteer run camp! Please plan to assist on the last day in making sure we leave Caber as we found it. This often falls to one or two families. We expect everyone to chip in!
This is a volunteer run camp. Parent volunteers are needed!!!
This camp cannot happen without the help of the parents. We need 1 parent for every 6 campers. The safety of the riders is of utmost importance and therefore the rider to volunteer ratio is critical. The parents who volunteered last year found it very rewarding and a wonderful opportunity to meet the area Young Riders and spend time with their own child.
Please contact Shelly Widmer at 509-750-9710 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you can volunteer.
As a USEA insured event we must adhere to their Safe Sport policy and travel rules. Kids may not leave the grounds unless with a parent; if a child goes with another family the parent needs to sign a release authorizing the travel.
Dirt bikes or other motorized vehicles can only be operated by licensed and insured drivers. Bring your license!
