Young Rider Benefit Horse Trials

Area VII Young Riders are already gearing up for this year’s Young Rider Benefit at Lincoln Creek in Chehalis, WA on August 5-7th. 2011 will be our second year at the Mahoney’s beautiful farm and plans are underway for several new jumps and continued improvements on the course and the event.

This Young Rider Benefit fundraiser supports the Area VII Young Rider program and the dollars raised at this event are used to support our clinics, camps and sending teams to the North American Young Rider Championships held each summer. Without this event costs to members would be considerably higher and possibly cost prohibitive.

It is very important that all Young Rider members and their families support this event by volunteering throughout the weekend and also in the planning prior to the event. Several work parties will be scheduled prior to the event and participation at this is strongly encouraged for all YR families and members.

On Saturday night at the event we will hold an auction and dinner. Your support is needed. Please consider donating an item to the auction, a dessert to auction and by purchasing tickets to the dinner.
