Entries:
Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. If undersubscribed the closing date will be extended; entry fee plus an additional $50 office fee, if accepted. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Less $50 with vet certificate. Competition cancellation-Partial refund after expenses. Copy of current Coggins within 6 months for out-of-state horses only. Required for entry to grounds.
Tentative Schedule:
Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-11 am. Sun: Cross-country-8:00 am
Awards:
Awards to 5th and 10 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veternarian:
Limited. $100/stall from noon, Friday to 6 pm Sunday. 64 permanent/40 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors & bedding provided. Hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Haul-in fee-$35/horse not stabled on grounds.Veterinarian: Dr. Patrick Roden (360) 262-9029. # will be posted at Show Office and official bulletin board.

Address: 1432 US Hwy 12, Ethel, WA 98542 From I-5: Take exit 68 (Hwy 12 east, Morton, Yakima). Travel east on Hwy 12 for 7 miles. Driveway on the left.
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: OT-2006 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Level pasture/grass.
Cross-Country:
T-2350 m @ 450 mpm. N.-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Easy to moderate, good for first time at this level. Terrain: Flat.
Other Information:
Cross-country course officially closed April 30. Entry limit: 120. Riders limited to 2 horses/level, or 4 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be tied in camp. No dogs allowed around the barn and stables. Only electric vehicles allowed on grounds—no “quads’.
