Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Accepted, no fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Preliminary and Intermediate must send copy of USEF cards for rider and owner. $50 fee for all returned checks. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No Refund. Email withdrawals, changes, requests and questions. $20 fee for every change after August 17. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins not required.

Thurs: Cross-country open 3 pm. Briefing & Walk-5 pm. Fri: Dressage-8 am. Sat: Cross-country-8 am. Sun: Show Jumping-8:30 am.

Stabling/Veternarian:
Limited. $100/stall. Approx. 200 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Veterinarian: Dr. Roden, (360) 262-9029. # will be posted at event office. Competitors not stabling on grounds must pay haul-in fee.

Test & arena sizes: All I-2006 USEF Intermediate Test B-Sm. All P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B -Sm. All T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand, grass.
Cross-Country:
I-2600 m @ 550 mpm. P-2600 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm/max. height 2´7’. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed August 13. Entry limit 200. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Team Competition: Teams of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count. All members at same level, $5 per team member. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed or pay $50 fine. Adult rider cocktail party on Friday at 6 pm.
